What to expect in Flips

Welcome to Flips—our beginner gymnastics class for primary school kids (6–12 years) ready to discover new skills, build strength, and gain confidence. Expert coaching and fun challenges help your child grow in a supportive environment.

New Skills, New Confidence

Kids in Flips are starting fresh and building foundational gymnastics skills at their own pace. Our instructors provide personalised support to help every child feel proud and motivated as they learn!

Foundations for Lifelong Fitness

From forward rolls to handstands, cartwheels, and basic tumbling, every session builds strength, flexibility, and coordination — key skills that support physical fitness and overall wellbeing.

Lifeskills and Focus

Flips classes encourage listening, cooperation, and perseverance, helping kids develop social skills alongside their gymnastics abilities. It’s a great way to build friendships and self-discipline.

Cheer Them On!

Watching your child take on new challenges and master fresh skills is a thrill. Drop-off and go or join us from the comfy lobby with a cup of tea or coffee to celebrate every flip, tumble, and leap —
